ABMC maintains blanket license agreements with ASCAP, BMI and SESAC to pay all required music licensing fees associated with providing SIRIUS Music for Business. The service is marketed to customers by Applied Media Technologies Corporation (AMTC) under an exclusive sales distribution agreement.
